Our Mindfulness Courses
Mindfulness is available in all of us and although it is an ancient contemplative training, it has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and much more. It is an evidence-based training and not a religious or cultural practice. Mindful Breath provides mindfulness courses in Singapore. We offer Mindfulness-Based Strategic Awareness Training, an 8-week course for leaders and individuals to develop strategic awareness in recognising cognitive biases to make wise decisions at work and at home. We provide private mindfulness courses for the workplace, and in private group and online settings.
